Invigo Day Spa has recently been awarded a title that you the voters
have named to us. Cobb Life Magazine readers voted and awarded Invigo as the Best Day Spa in Cobb County. This was due in part to our incredible staff, but also our unique offerings, free aromatherapy, use of hot towels and custom treatments. This month is all about hydration! With the crazy cold and then hot weather it is important to stay hydrated for our bodies to perform at its best. Did you know you should be drinking half your weight in ounces each day? To help you drink more water, you can add some fruit juice in your water bottle to give it a little zip and flavor. You don’t need much, just a sip. Be adventurous too; try some funky fruit flavors and you will be surprised how good they are. (Keep to 100% fruit juice with no added sugar) |
