Appointment Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled spa service is to begin.
This allows proper time to check-in, change, fill out any needed
paperwork and enjoy our quiet room before your service begins.
First Time Appointments
If you are booking your first appointment with us, you will be asked to
provide a credit card number (or gift certificate number), email address
and phone number to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation Policy/Late Arrivals
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please contact
the spa no later than 24-hours prior to your appointment. If you must
cancel within the 24-hour period, or do not show for your appointment,
100% of your reserved service cost will be charged. However, we will make
every attempt to fill the appointment and avoid any unnecessary charges.
If you are late for arrival, depending on the circumstances, your
treatment time may be shortened. This might occur in order to
conclude your service at the regularly scheduled time to prevent the
next guest from being delayed. We strive to accommodate all our
guests
with on-time service.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, check or major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and
American Express). Gift cards are available. There is a $30
fee for returned checks.
Gift Certificates / Gift Cards
We electronically maintain a copy of all of our gift certificates, so if
your gift certificate or gift card is lost or stolen, please contact
Invigo for a replacement. Our gift certificates and gift cards
have no expiration date.
Prices & Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Returns
Any unopened/unused product can be returned with a receipt within 14
days of purchase for a full refund or spa credit. Spa credit can be used to purchase any service or
product. Any opened/used product cannot be returned. We
offer free samples of all of our skin care/make-up, so feel free to try
them before purchasing.
Refreshments / Snacks
Invigo is happy to offer filtered water, tea, coffee and hot
chocolate as well as an assortment of light snacks for our guests.
Showers
Our spa is equipped with showers for use before or after any treatment.
Please ask your receptionist or therapist for more information.
What to Wear
Prior to any spa service, you will be provided with a spa robe and
slippers for use while enjoying our spa. During all treatments, you will
be appropriately draped. Undergarments are optional.
Cell Phones & Pagers
In respect to all spa guests, the use of cell phones and pagers is not
permitted in the spa quiet room or treatment areas. Please silent
your cell phones when entered the quiet area.
Jewelry & Valuables
Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that
are misplaced, lost or left behind. We suggest that you leave
valuables at home before coming in for your appointment.
Minimum Age
Due to the quiet nature of our spa, children under 12 years of age are
not permitted in the quiet areas of the spa. Any spa guests, under the
age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
Please alert your therapist if you are: pregnant, have diabetes, muscle
or joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing
or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery.
Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your
requested treatment. |
